Judges are selected for their expertise in styles such as Tap and other core genres, and for their experience within the professional dance industry. Most importantly, they understand both performance excellence and the development of young dancers.

TFC uses mark tracking and a detailed scoring rubric to maintain balanced, consistent judging. Our categories and divisions are designed to ensure dancers have fair opportunities to succeed within their age group and chosen style.
